OHIO YMCAs 2025 CEO CONFERENCE VENDOR SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION

By filling out this registration, you are agreeing to be a corporate sponsor for the Ohio YMCA CEO Conference September 11-12, 2025 at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center (100 Green Meadows Drive, Lewis Center, OH 43035).

Participation will include:

  • An 8 foot table at our vendor fair
  • The opportunity to meet and talk with the primary decision-makers for 50 Ys that serve more than 1.5 million Ohioans each year at 172 branch locations
  • Your corporate name displayed in the conference materials
  • Your corporate name displayed in the main meeting room
  • Meeting with attendees from 2:00-8:30 p.m. on Thursday evening and 7:30-10:30 a.m. Friday morning
  • Recognition at dinner Thursday evening
  • Special sponsors will have the opportunity to address the conference for approximately five minutes at the meal or event which they are sponsoring
  • Dinner and breakfast with the attendees for up to two vendor staff.

Responsibility of Vendor/Sponsor:

  • Set up display by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11
  • Tear down display starting at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 12
  • Payment of sponsor fee (does not include travel and lodging costs)

  • Note that there will be an additional fee associated with this level. We typically provide two tickets per attendee to use at a cash bar and are billed later for the cost. Last year’s cost was $650.
